Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation for the Bali Retreat. By booking the retreat, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms (A copy for you to sign will be given to you upon booking): Reservation and Payment: 1.1. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking, with the remaining outstanding amount paid in monthly installments – full payment is required by the 30th August 2025. (which ever date comes first). Failure to make the payment within the specified time may result in the cancellation of your reservation. If the retreat commencement date is less than 50 days away, full payment is required to secure the booking. Your place is not reserved until deposit has been received. 1.2. Payments can be made via Direct Debit bank transfer or any other payment method specified by the retreat organiser. Bank charges or fees incurred during the transaction are the sole responsibility of the guest.  Cancellation Policy: 2.1. The full payment made for the “Goddess Rising Healing ” Bali Retreat is non-refundable 60 days prior to the retreat start date. In the event of cancellation by the guest within that 60-day timeframe, no refunds will be provided. 2.2. The payment is fully refundable less $500 non-refundable deposit up to 60 days prior to the retreat start date. 2.3. The retreat reservation is transferable. If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your reservation to another person, subject to the approval of the retreat organiser. The transfer request must be made in writing at least 7 days before the retreat start date. 2.4. Our performance under these terms and conditions are subject to acts of god, war, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder, strike or other industrial dispute and any other circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control and which we deem (in our sole discretion) render the performance of our obligations uneconomic, impractical, impossible or illegal (‘Force Majeure Circumstance’). At any time during or after a Force Majeure Circumstance we may (in our sole discretion) elect to terminate this agreement by notice to you and refund any amounts paid by you, less our reasonable costs and expenses incurred in respect of your booking which we cannot reasonably recover. Travel Insurance: 3.1. Guests must obtain full travel insurance within 14 days of booking the retreat covering all medical expenses, retreat activities and a trip cancellation policy in the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled or in case of a personal emergency that will prevent you from attending. 3.2. Every guest must provide P Herman Pty Ltd, T/as Kim Herman,  with full insurance details to attend the retreat. Retreat Itinerary: 4.1. The retreat organiser reserves the right to modify the retreat itinerary, including the activities, workshops, and excursions, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control. Any changes will be communicated to the guests as soon as possible. 4.2. The retreat organiser shall not be held responsible for any changes, cancellations, or delays in the retreat program, including cancellation of the entire retreat, caused by circumstances such as natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, or any other force majeure event. Liability: 5.1. Guests participate in the “Goddess Rising Healing” Bali Retreat at their own risk. The retreat organiser and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, theft, or any other claims arising from or related to the retreat, including during transfers, excursions, or any activities conducted during the retreat. 5.2. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables throughout the retreat. The retreat organiser and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. 5.3. The retreat organiser and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during transfers to and from the retreat venue. Guests are responsible for their safety and well-being during transportation to and from the retreat location. 5.4. The “Goddess Rising Healing” Bali Retreat is designed as a self-development opportunity and is not intended to cure any illness or mental health problem. Guests understand that participation in the retreat does not replace professional medical or psychological treatment. 5.5. Guests acknowledge that they are responsible for the continuation of their mental health care beyond the retreat. It is recommended that guests take responsibility to engage in appropriate support for their health and mental well-being, such as a licensed therapist or medical doctor, as needed. 5.6. Guests may also engage in yoga classes, breathwork sessions and hypnotherapy/NLP sessions during the retreat. It is important to note that these practices can have profound effects on the individual’s emotional and mental state. Guests voluntarily participate in these sessions, understanding and accepting any risks associated with them. 5.7. Guests understand that the retreat organiser is not a licensed medical doctor and does not provide medical or individualised therapeutic services during the retreat. Photography and Filming: 6.1. During the retreat, guests may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By participating in the retreat, guests agree to grant the retreat organiser and its affiliates the right to use their likeness, without compensation, for promotional materials, websites, social media, or any other marketing purposes. 6.2. Guest will have access to some of the professional photos taken by the photographer at the retreat for their own personal use. Flights: 7.1. Flights to and from Bali are not included in the retreat package. 7.2. Guests are responsible for arranging and booking their own flights to the designated airport(s) or arrival point(s) specified by the retreat organiser. 7.3. The retreat organiser shall not be held responsible for any issues, delays, cancellations, or changes related to the guests’ flights or any associated costs, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, or meals resulting from such circumstances. 7.4. Guests are advised to carefully review the airline’s terms and conditions, including their cancellation and refund policies, before booking their flights. Rates: 8.1. All rates quoted for the “Goddess Rising Healing” Bali Retreat are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and are including of GST. Guests are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by their payment provider. Miscellaneous: 9.1. The retreat organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest from the retreat premises who violates these Terms and Conditions or behaves in a manner that may disrupt the retreat or cause harm to others. 9.2. The retreat organiser is not responsible for any expenses incurred or losses if an attendee decides to leave during the retreat. 9.3. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend the “Goddess Rising Healing” Bali Retreat. 9.4. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the guest and the retreat organiser, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, written or verbal. 9.5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the retreat is held. By making a reservation for the “Goddess Rising Healing” Bali Retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
